for lovers of Come Down Easy (demo version) and Billy Whiz/Blue1
If anyone really likes “Come Down Easy” (demo version) and “Billy Whiz/Blue 1,” I just released this album; it’s in Spanish, but the fourth song "Electricidad" and the last song, “Psyche 16,” has a vibe similar to “Blue 1.” the sixth song has some Ecstasy Symphony vibes. My idea was to take different elements from artists like John Lee Hooker, The Doors, and Spacemen 3 and combine them to create a journey that starts off with a blues jam feel and gradually incorporates elements of the spacemen 3 psychedelia,drones, atmospheres, everything recorded with shitty instruments but with the intention of making the mix feel "spatial, open and huge"
and that feeling where jim morrison said:
"this is the best part of the trip, this the trip, the best part, i really like"

Favorite bootlegs?
I’ve scoured the Internet and found maybe some two dozen or more bootleg SP3 live shows. I’m still going through them all and obviously many have very similar set lists but I’m curious which ones are your favorites?
One so far that stands out for me is August 24, 1988 probably because the drums hit harder than normal — whether because of how they’re played or recorded — especially on Revolution and Starship. January 12, 1987 is fun too for the Jazz Butcher sit-in. Anyway, curious for others’ standouts!
