I am feeling they might have lost a cluster of papers of bms 6th sem from some college and hence are not releasing the results because if they do release it then they would be liable. So they are delaying it for everyone
Enquiry at examination window is also of no use because last week they said it would be out before Sunday 16th and today is Monday 17th and still the results are not out
some of my friends had applied for confidential results a while back and they have also not gotten it
We should mass complaint about them on different students and ugc portal even on X (with fake IDs if not real)
Also we should get help of student union they would also have some topic as elections are also coming
Also many folks were not able to apply for government jobs due to this delay.
Some of my friends who took admission into mba and didn't apply for confidential are also very worried
I myself had to apply for some scholarships but couldn't apply for it as it required final marks
This is my drop Year , i really want to get into sscbs would love to know if anyone of you used sum online coaching during your prep which actually helped and are there many droppers in the college?
i was not shortlisted for cdc. abb lag raha hai i wont make it to any good soc.
bs ye puchna tha agr mai acchi soc mei recruit naa ho pau, toh i wont get good LPs, matlab i wont get good internships? matlab i wont get good placement?
toh ye saare outspoken people (those who studied in pretty schools and already have built a decent personality) are already ahead of someone who studied in not so good school and kind of introverted and cannot lead any communication, they will forever stay ahead of person like me
dont say ki beat them by brain cuz anyone who made it to cbs alrdy has that otherwise woh yaha nahi hota.
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some genuine advice from SSCBS students/alumni.
Has anyone seen a case where someone already completed their bachelor’s degree from a reputed/top college but still pursued a second bachelor’s from SSCBS, primarily because they couldn't access good placements after their first degree?
I’m in a somewhat unusual situation. I graduated from a good college with strong academics, internships, extracurriculars, etc., but unfortunately I don't have referrals or a strong professional network and haven't been able to secure any job. My college’s placement ecosystem was fucked up for my batch.
An MBA isn't really a feasible option for me financially. My family is from a very low-income background, so taking a loan or reappearing for CAT is mentally draining me.
I'm therefore seriously considering doing another bachelor's from SSCBS, mainly for the placement ecosystem and access to recruiters, rather than because I need another degree academically. Will I face significant problems again if I follow this plan?
Especially football?
Would be highly grateful if I get a detailed guide…
You can break it down to finance, consulting and other societies category wise and also state the commonality of all the Soc recruitments 🙏
Hey everyone, I just got into SSCBS BMS yesterday itself! Can someone kindly brief me up as to what all has happened till now, course kitna cover hua hai, and how I can get added to the freshers' WhatsApp groups? Thanks!
First year bfia student, what books or yt lectures would you recommend for stats eco and financial accountancy?
Heyy guyss...this is the thing I m genuinely scared about..does class 12th results really matter in sscbs placements?
Hey I just got into SSCBS BBA FIA today itself, can someone kindly brief me up as in what all has happened till now, course kitna cover hua h, etc.
Honestly what in the world is going on here? 😭
So I'm a newly joined bsc student in sscbs, and things are so over the belt. Every society is on our face... But none promises anything to a bsc student...
It's all just about consulting this consulting that 🫠
We have only two vac and ge options, Entrepreneurship? And fit india? Organisational behaviour???
Where the hell is TECH and its placements man?
Even teachers recommend residing with higher studies. But I have never been into that. I mean yes okay I might go for it in future but I'm a student who always wanted a placement. I really feel overwhelmed by all of this. Please any senior who paved his way to placements and in tech interests through himself please guide me a little 🙏🏻
Hi everyone,I am currently preparing for CUET and my ultimate target is SSCBS (for BMS / BFIA).My core focus right now is on English and the General Aptitude Test (GAT). I could really use some practical advice and a reality check from seniors or fellow aspirants who have been through this.
I may be joining Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), Delhi and am looking for advice on the best accommodation option while studying.
What would you recommend among these options?

I'm currently in my first year of BCom at a tier-3 local college. I had already lost a year previously, so if I stay here, I'll graduate around 2029.
My main problem is that I genuinely don't want to stay in my current environment/house for the next 3 years. I want to move out and become more independent, and getting into a good college in another city through CUET seems like one realistic way of doing that.
I'm considering taking another partial drop for CUET while continuing BCom.
My situation:
- Class 10: 80%
- Class 12: 65%
- Current degree: BCom at a relatively low-tier local college
- Already lost one year
- Current college has weak placements
- I'm interested in potentially pursuing Actuarial Science alongside BCom
- Another option is simply to finish BCom and later target CUET PG/MCom or other postgraduate/professional options
- Financially, I can't afford to keep making expensive or pointless decisions
- My biggest personal motivation for CUET isn't just academics — I want to leave my current home/environment and have a chance at a better college and city
The problem is that another CUET attempt has risks. If I don't get the college I want, I've potentially spent another year preparing while still being stuck with the same degree.
On the other hand, if I do get into a good DU college, I'd get a much better environment, network and potentially better opportunities.
So what would you do in my position?
Would you take one final CUET attempt while continuing BCom, or accept the current college and focus completely on BCom + Actuarial/other professional qualifications?
Please be brutally honest. I'm not looking for reassurance — I want to know whether taking another year is actually rational or whether I'm just trying to escape my current situation through CUET.
Got into SSCBS BMS and I’m trying to figure out what I’ve already missed lol 😭
Have orientations/events/society stuff started yet? And is there anything important I should know/do before classes properly begin?
Current students/freshers, help me out 🙏 also how has the experience been for first yrs who r already there would love to connect with some people
Imagine a person who wants to join harvard business school (MBA) in the future , probably at the age of 26 , and eventually wants to build a business/company. What do you think he/she should choose? SSCBS (BFIA) or DU cic btech in IT? Since work experience is also mandatory before joining HBS!
Cleared 12th in 2025 first attempt of cuet this year (1 year wasted on clat 😭)
I am currently 18 if I take this drop i will turn 19 by the year i plan to join
Please tell me would placements be hampered cause of 2 year gap
Also my other options are journalism from aaft or ipu
Hello Aditya. Taking a partial drop from a tier-3 B.Tech to switch from tech to management via CUET 2027 is a brave move. Many non-medical students feel lost in engineering and pivot to BBA. You can connect with peers on platforms like Reddit's r/CUETprep2027 or local Telegram study groups to share notes, doubts, and daily motivation.
