Indian 18m here. Im so fkin lazy. Ive been lazy and a procrastinator since childhood. Im a first year college student, and a 67% minimum attendance is mandatory here to appear for exams, and yet the first thing i think about after waking up is whether to go class today or not. Even tho i live in the college hostel. My class is literally like 5 or 10 mins away from my dorm room. There're students who travel 2 to 3 hours to reach college and still their attendance is far better than me. The first thing i do upon hearing my alarm is to snooze the alarm. Same thing i do the second or third time. Even after waking up the first thing i do is open my phone. And then i dont realise when class time has arrived, and thats how i absent another class. Even tho i absent the first (or any) class, idk how i dont gather the stamina/energy to attend the next ones as well. As if my ass and back is stuck to the bed, and my fingers are stuck to the phone. Ive bad habits like doomscrolling, watching porn n all as well, but that aint the major issue rn man. For now my goal is to be energetic in the morning. Or maybe ppl still do their morning tasks, attend classes n all dispite not being energetic? If thats the case then i wanna learn that too. I dont wanna touch my phone the first thing in the morning, even if i do, i should put it away quickly. I dont wanna overthink every morning whether to go class or not, i wanna become someone who just goes (its the matter of attendance). I wanna be someone who eats breakfast regularly, even if not everday then ATLEAST OCCASIONALLY
Im a male with chapped, dark lips since almost childhood. My upper lip is dark af and my lower lip is light af, and the bottom part of my lower lip is also dark. Ive been using vaseline petrolium jelly (the white one not yellow) since months but no improvement. Since they get chapped all the time im left with no option other than to peel them off with my fingers or bite them off, it has become a vicious cycle atp. A dermatologist recommend me this lip balm and i just wanna hear reviews of it from yall whoever has used it.

Du college allocation 1st round happened yesterday and i got into bms course at sscbs, which is considered the best ug bschool of india. I think sscbs has got better career prospects, but the advantages kiit has got over sscbs are: better and more relaxed campus life, better course MAYBE, and near to home. I'm not sure whether these reasons alone are good enough to chose kiit over sscbs. My parents want me to study at kiit just cuz its near to home. If i decide to chose sscbs then i would've to work hard to convince my parents. What should i do?
Will i get enough time for it? If i do clear these exams then I'll leave KIIT and go there, if not I'll just continue studying at KIIT
Are hostels any good, or we should prefer pg any day?
I would really appreciate if actual current students or alumnis answer me. Are the hostels and food as good as its claimed? How are the people there? Ive personally heard that the crowd is bad, but is it very bad? Do people come here only if they're not getting seat at iits, nits, du or other good colleges? How Is the academics? Is it actually good or is it just fests every other day? Personally, Ive a good chance at decent du nc colleges and colleges like sscbs, and my other option is cse (ai ml) at kiit. Any advice/opinion is appreciated!
Pls some1 tell me🙏. My father is deciding whether to send me to SSCBS or not solely on this basis. He plans to send me to KIIT Bhuvaneswar instead, because he thinks it has got much better food and living facilities, but for obvious reasons I doubt whether going for KIIT instead of SSCBS would be a good idea
