Which one would you choose

A full-ride nursing scholarship + a guaranteed job(I can't leave once i start or i'll have to pay the tuition fee, i have to sign a contract....),
OR taking a gap year to keep applying to medical schools and hoping for a scholarship because my family can’t afford medical school at all?
Medicine has been my lifelong dream, and I honestly hate nursing. I know it ultimately depends on the person, but please give me your honest opinions because I’m genuinely desperate 😭
It feels selfish to choose medical school when there’s a guaranteed opportunity right in front of me and my family need me to graduate and start earning ASAP, and almost everyone is dependent on me choosing nursing at this point if i change my mind last minute a lot of people will be disappointed , but at the same time… medicine is my dream. I’m scared of making the wrong choice and regretting it later.
