Suffolk coast path - places to stay along the route?

Looking to walk the Suffolk coast path end to end staying at bnbs/pubs/whatever along the way. Ideally maybe c. 15 miles a day so doing it over 4 walks. At the north end up there look to be lots of places with good places to stay but not sure if there's anywhere good to stay between Felixstowe and Snape - any ideas?

Running clubs for young people in North Essex

Hi, I'm an 18 year old male looking to join a club as I like running but lose motivation on my own. However I'm looking for one that has a social feeling and young people, as most of the ones I see attract mostly middle-aged to older people and I need to socialise a bit.

Preferably in the Halstead/Sudbury area but can travel as I'll have a lot of time over the summer.

Acrylic eyes on stones

I have been painting, with acrylics, eyes on stones as a sort of therapy. Once I have 4 or 5 I walk round my East Anglian village and leave them in different locations, here's one I placed earlier

Virginia | A short Film Poem on Addiction ft. Chomsky the Gnome

A good friend of mine Robert Donaghy recently got a prostate cancer diagnosis. He'd been putting off a medical for a while, so he gave up smoking just for the morning, then kept pushing it a little further, by not smoking that afternoon, or the next day, until one day he just decided not to smoke again. He hasn't smoked in over eight weeks now. The health check was the mechanism for identification of an abnormal PSA count (Prostate-Specific Antigen) and was the trigger for further investigations.

A couple of days after quitting, the results came back. Hopefully it seems to be caught early, so we're all keeping everything crossed that treatment goes well. Good luck Rob!

Shortly after the diagnosis he read me a poem he'd written, and it’s such a powerful, honest, heart-felt piece about addiction that I knew immediately I wanted to make something with it. What do you call a music video for a poem? A poetry film? A film poem? Whatever it is, we made one of those. Have a watch.

The poem gave us an excuse to bring back a character we'd always loved. Years ago we created Chomsky the smoking gnome - ironically for a pitch on an anti-smoking campaign  We didn't get the job, but we couldn't let Chomsky go. He’s been living rent-free in our heads with his son Klein and his dad Campbell ever since. This felt like their moment and the perfect fit for Rob’s poem. "Mystified and Ancient" is the world they inhabit, we'll be putting more shorts out on YouTube.

This film was made with a hybrid of traditional and AI tools and roles, keeping humanity at the heart of every element!

Suffolk new food waste a d recycling.

Does anyone know the time table for the new east collection coming in June? We already fill the recycle bin in the two weeks so having a second one will help, unless they change it to 4 weeks.

Where to find sea glass in Suffolk

Hi folks

I want to find about 25 pieces of sea glass to put into a jar to mark a life event. I'd like to find them myself rather than buy them.

I wondered if there's a beach you could recommend which might be a good place for me to search.

Thanks so much!

Nerdy tattoo artist?

I have that age called old, so I've decided to say fuck it and get a tattoo. I have no idea how to go about it, though. Are there any tattoo artists in the East Anglia region that specialize in geeky tattoos that yall would recommend? Ideally someone familiar with Discworld. Currently in Bury St Ed but willing to travel.

I've recently got into home-brewing mead as a hobby which has been really fun, but the biggest cost to it is the amount of honey required as each batch often uses about 1.5 kg honey. This can get quite expensive buying from supermarkets, but also they often have preservatives in that can affect fermentation, and the cheapest stuff isn't as nice (it's surprising how much of an effect the quality of honey has on the final mead flavour).

Within the mead community, a lot of people advise just reaching out to beekeepers as you can often buy larger amounts for cheaper, it's a lot more fresh and lovely, and also obviously helps local beekeeping communities.

So does anyone know of any local beekeepers I can reach out to to buy directly from?
