Hello, we moved to Suffolk and I noticed that the water here is very hard. What water softener do you recommend? We have 3 bathrooms in our house.

Hi everyone! We would really appreciate some advice based on your experience, we’re feeling totally lost with all the choices.
We’re trying to decide on the best flooring for our home. We have young kids, including a baby, so our top priorities are comfort, practicality, hygiene, and durability. We also want something that feels warm underfoot, doesn't squeak, is easy to clean after spillages, and stays as natural as possible.
Here are the 4 options we're considering:

1. ⁠LVT throughout the entire house + area rugs, with 80% wool carpet on the stairs and landing
2. ⁠80% wool carpet throughout, with LVT only in the kitchen, bathrooms, and WC
3. ⁠Marmoleum throughout the entire house + area rugs, with 80% wool carpet on the stairs and landing
4. ⁠100% wool carpet throughout, with LVT in the kitchen, bathrooms, and WC
   Which option would you go for with little ones running around? How has your flooring choice held up to real life (spills, messes, maintenance)?

Hello! looking for shampoo recommendations in UK! I used in the past Head&Shoulders and I agree it’s maybe not the best choice, it worked for me (I have normal to greasy hair) But now I want one particularly to not have that strong smell after washing and to have as many natural ingredients as possible. Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice and perspective.
I’m 5 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding. My husband and I are really struggling with our sex life right now. By the time the baby is finally asleep and we get into bed, my body and mind are completely done, all I want to do is sleep.
My husband feels rejected and says he always has to "beg" for intimacy. Hearing that makes me feel like I’m failing as a wife, which breaks my heart because I’m just so burnt out, I love him a lot and I missing him too but I have zero local help from family or friends, so I’m home all day managing our 5-month-old and 8-year-old while he works long hours and weekends.
I’m so exhausted, and I don't know how to fix this. Has anyone else been through this? How did you navigate it?

I have an 8-year-old daughter. She has a brother, but he is a baby, only 4 months old. My daughter really loves playing with other kids outside, but most of the time, the neighborhood children stay indoors. When she asks them to play, they usually say they are busy or not in the mood. I am talking about children her own age right here in our neighborhood.
I remember when we were little, we couldn't wait to go outside and play with our friends all day long. It makes me sad to see her struggle with this. I also take her to playgrounds, but there aren't many children there either. We live in a small town, but it still feels like all the kids just stay inside. Is it only our neighborhood that is like this?
Also, we don't do much screen time, and since there aren't many kids around to play outside, I'm looking for toy recommendations. What are some good toys that keep an 8-year-old happily entertained ? Thanks
