I never knew there was a sunflower seeds reddit and I love it!

I just got done snacking on some seeds, (Davids reduced sodium) and I noticed that there is a spot on my tongue that's sore. Does that happen to anyone else? I'm guessing it's from cracking the seeds open, I use the tip of my tongue to help separate the shell and seed.it almost feels like I burned my tongue a little, like when you accidentally drink your coffee too soon and then your tongue feels weird the rest of the day.
