Bubsy 4D - Black Hole Content DLC Free Update Launch Trailer | PS5 & PS4 Games
It’s finally happening, guys! The Black Hole free update for Bubsy 4D just dropped out of nowhere and I managed to catch it the exact second PlayStation posted the trailer. Literally 0 views, 0 comments, and 0 likes until I clicked it.
For real though, this update actually looks huge. Fabraz and Atari are adding 15 new levels, unique gravity mechanics, 5 unlockable outfits, and speedrun leaderboards. The game's length is basically doubling for free.
The bobcat is officially back. Anyone else jumping back into this? What could Possibly go Wrong??

Disappointed with the Black Hole update
Anybody else feeling like the Black Hole update missed the point? The big issue with the base game was that it was too short, so more unique levels were needed. Instead of that, we got harder remixes of already existing levels. Not only do they have nothing to collect, but they’re meant for speedrunning. It’s appreciated, but again, not what the game needed. It needed new colorful interesting worlds to explore imo.
Also, the collision detection in this game is just not good enough to warrant such precision movement. I’ve gone through walls and floors (especially moving ones), not grabbed onto nets when I should have, and bounced every which way except the one I wanna go in the hairball form. It was an issue in the base game too, but the time trials were so easy that it didn’t matter. Now, it’s a bigger problem combined with bubsy’s stop and go momentum.
Tldr - I would have liked new levels instead of speedrun challenged

News about the DLC this Wednesday?
I'm not saying this Wednesday there will be news about the newest Bubsy DLC, but... I'm not not saying that either!
I hope we get some juicy news about the DLC! Or even just release the DLC!

Bubsy 4D[REDACTED] achievements!
These are new achievements I found on the Xbox version of Bubsy 4D which confirms that yeah…this game is getting an expansion of levels around some new black hole Fabraz is teasing. since we already got achievements that means the DLC may be close, after all it’s what’s coming next for the indie team.
