I’m not sure how to put this, but…what direction is this comic taking?

I’m not an avid or continuous reader of Venom but I still like to read his line every now and then. So when the whole MJ fiasco happened, I was sure that the office would reel it back in.

So…instead they have Eddie date Yelena, who just so happens to be drawn like Anne, and who has a more central role in a movie coming out later this year. So when I saw this I thought it was one of those fake news things until I cross referenced and found out it was real.

I trusted Ewing, but that didn’t play out so well either.

Are they trying to garner attention by adding shock value points or plot twists after the whole MJ thing?

Besides the whole Yelena is just Florence Pugh in the comics thing now, she has never met Eddie. I don’t even think she’s ever been around the symbiote. So that means she just stumbled upon this giant alien goo monster and went “Yep I need that inside me immediately”

For those of you unaware. This is the symbiote that appeared for…Only 3 issues and pages and just…Died. That’s literally it. She appeared and disappeared in the same comic, no origins, No explanation, no nothing. Literally a…Non existent character…So I just made my own character at this point and gave her a origin story, Abilities and powers as well as personality. Today I will share to you her origin story. Enjoy. Also this is bulit around the movies.

Origins

When she was a baby through adolescent when anew wave of symbiotes was being sent to earth the Silver Symbiote general Riot saw Freedom as a pudgy and happy child she he just picked her up and sent her to earth with the other symbiotes to make a foundation on Earth. Freedom didn’t know what was going on as she just found herself squishes with other moving symbiotes but enjoyed being close and getting to know them.

The other symbiotes saw her big and messy hair and small mouth compared to theres and simply treated her fragile. Afew made fun of her but others simply didn’t talk to her. When the asteroid the Symbiotes were on hit Earth all of them scattered but apon seeing the lush, green forests Earth had to offer Freedom just sparkled and blossomed. It was her dream. The limited forests on Klanter were black, Grey, Small trees and short plants but here?

Vegetation dominated so Freedom expressed her desire and dove into the paradise of Earth’s natural and beautiful natural world.

Somebody? Please? I loved the concept of all these Life Foundation Symbiotes uniting together to form one being with all their powers.

Imagine all of Venom's children except Carnage i.e. Sleeper, Riot, Agony, Phage, Scream and Lasher all uniting together into a new Hybrid.

Here's an even better suggestion: have Flash Thompson as the host. Hybrid would make a far more interesting dynamic than Anti-Venom which can't even speak.

Any major Marvel comic writer/player reading reddit? Bring Hybrid back? Please?
