Price increase on medium necklace is WILD

If I had purchased this necklace just 16 months ago, in December 2024, it would have been $13,000. With the price increase that just hit today, it’s now $19,500. That is WILD.

I have the graduated link in YG and paid around the same price that the medium is now. And I remember when the graduated one was $16,500!

Know there have been 3 increases since the medium link necklace was $13,000 in December 2024. Still can’t get over how brazen these increases are. And multiple per year!

Possible Tiffany Necklace at County Fair?

Hello all! I have a bit of a story. I purchased this piece from an indigenous jeweler in my area at a county fair who also sells other found jewelry goodies. He didn’t say it was Tiffany at all. Just showed me it was stamped 925, the beads are strung on a sterling chain, and the jump rings are soldered together. I was like ok awesome, looks like a decent sterling piece.

I didnt get home for a bit, and as I started to clean it, I noticed a marking on the lobster clasp itself. It very clearly ended it ANY & CO.

Here’s my dilemma. I’ve never seen this clasp used on a Tiffany piece before, and it has no additional tag. In searching online, I know there used to be tag-less designs, but I’m more inclined to believe this is just a good fake.

Truth be told, I don’t care as it’s sterling silver, and that was my main worry. But if anyone has any info on this piece, or archival resources…literally anything, help a girl out!

To add, I did take this to Tiffany since drafting this post, and although they cannot authenticate, the worker was actually pretty optimistic about it. I would send it for a cleaning and see if they reject it, but if they don’t all my beautiful patina will be gone 😪

Return to Tiffany Diamond Heart? Is that discontinued?

I saw this on someone the other day and immediately obsessed! I went to browse the Tiffany website (this would be my first Tiffany piece) and I didn't see it!? Does anyone know when this got discontinued (silver or gold)?

Tiffany ring?

I fell in love with this ring at an antique store. The associate said it was a Tiffany ring but I don’t remember seeing any Tiffany hallmarks. I would love it either way, Tiffany or not, but would love any more info on this ring, if any one knows anything about it. Google image reverse search hasn’t yielded me any success. Sorry for the freaky nail zoom

Price increase

I’ve been hearing a lot about Cartier price increase but not about Tiffany. I was trying to place an order with an SA in Hawaii and she mentioned that a price increase is coming next week.

Found some Tiffany at an estate sale, need help figuring out what I have!

Found some Tiffany pieces at an estate sale last week. Hoping the community can help me nail down the correct product names.

Piece 1: 16 inch graduated ball necklace in 925 silver. I believe this is the Tiffany HardWear Graduated Ball Necklace. does that sound right?

Piece 2: A pair of twist knot studs in 925 silver. I think these are the Somerset Twist Knot Studs. Am I mistaken?

Piece 3: Ball studs stamped 925. this is where I’m stumped. They’re much darker than the necklace, almost charcoal in tone even after cleaning (the necklace lightened up significantly, these didn’t). I’m wondering if these could be Tahitian pearl rather than silver?

Thanks in advance!

Update: I also want to add that I don’t know which box goes with which jewelry. Help with that would be great.

Help me choose which Schlumberger Sixteen Stone Ring I should get

I’m torn between the all platinum or the platinum with pave diamonds. I intend to wear this every day, either stacked with my engagement ring or on another hand alone. Which would you choose?

(Also, does anyone have any thoughts on how the pave will hold up? I’m scared of losing the little diamonds with constant wear.)

Should I exchange?

I purchased this necklace this past weekend at one of the official store, and realized the hallmark stamp on the back of the round piece is super faint..

Other than that i love my first Tiffany that I bought for myself 😆

A Ring with a War story

This is my mom’s engagement ring ordered by my dad from a Tiffany’s catalogue at the PX in Greenland’s Sondstrom Air Force base during the Korean War, some time in 1953 or 1954. I know it is platinum and diamond and I have paperwork documenting this info somewhere around here. My question - it doesn’t have a Tiffany stamp on the inside of the band. It could have worn off - my mom wore it nonstop for about 50-60 years.

I believe Tiffany’s had an arrangement to sell engagement rings to soldiers during the Korean War, but I cannot find anything about that history online. Does anyone out here know about this relationship? I’ve done reverse image searches and can’t fond anything exactly like this ring. I would think it would be a fairly common ring if it were sold through a PX catalogue. I am just looking for additional insights.

I need advice

Hello everyone! I need some help with figuring out which size I should buy. My wrist circumference measures 15 cm (5.906 inches) and I prefer a tighter fit and usually wear 16-17 cm (6.29 - 6.69 inch) bracelets. According to the website my size would be medium, which is 19.1 cm and more than 2 cm bigger than what I usually wear. The extra small one is 16.5 cm which is what I would usually wear. Should I get xs? Sadly I can’t try one on in person because this specific model is not available in the nearest Tiffany store

Any help or info would be appreciated

I have had these for at least 10 years I think. I honestly thought that I had lost them but I've been doing some deep cleaning the past few months & ended up finding everything but the chain that the key was on. I got them as gifts & I really don't know anything about them. I think they are all real just because I don't think my great-aunt would have purchased anything without knowing for a fact that they were. I also got them brand new initially. I don't know where to look for information so I was hoping you guys could help. I don't plan on selling them but I am interested on knowing what each piece is & have an idea of how much they're worth. I know that they aren't very shiny anymore because I didn't fully understand what I was wearing at the time & how valuable it was. I don't want to try & clean them myself but I don't feel comfortable having just anyone clean them either. I have no idea where the little bags went unfortunately.

Hardwear Earrings

Hi everyone, I’m planning to buy preowned large hardwear earrings, and I noticed that some hardwear earrings have a hole at the back for post, while others don’t in the preowned market. Is this a common occurrence? (The picture is not the actual item, it’s just an online image.)

Tiffany & Co. Sparklers Emerald Cut Sterling Silver rings

Hello! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help with some guidance and/or information on the Tiffany & Co. Sparklers Emerald Cut Sterling Silver ring line.

I vaguely remember them being in store (early to mid 2000’s, I think it was) but never looked at them up close, trying one on.
It’s one of those pieces that I have just thought about and considered a maybe, someday piece as I prefer white metals. Am ultimately looking for guidance regarding it, especially (potentially) buying it secondhand.

By chance does anyone have more information on them?

Some questions I have are:
* They were a standalone/Tiffany-only line, correct (Meaning, not a designer collab)?
* The ring’ stones were amethyst, citrine, prasiolite, and smokey quartz?
* Were/are these a widely copied ring? Or did they sell well thus the availability in the marketplace? (Am also assuming many are posted in several marketplaces so probably not as abundantly available as they might seem right now to me).
* When sold in the stores, it came in the standard Tiffany pouch/box not a ring box, correct?
* Any common hallmark mistakes I should be aware of on fakes?
- For example, is the Tiffany & Co. stamp both on the side of the setting and inside the band (along with AG925 beside it)? And the country it was made in stamped inside too, I assume)
* Are the prongs talon shaped? I’ve seen softer, more rounded ones but am guessing it might have just been worn down on the rings I’ve seen those prongs on. Or fakes.

I then recall a similar line (maybe the same line but later year?) that included a lady bug on a ring and of course the pendant, etc. I just haven’t found much information on them that I could readily use to answer my questions/help me decide. I have no problem admitting what I do not know and am a bit afraid I have built this up in my head over the years. Especially as I saw the ring in store during a rather crazy time in my life.

Thank you for reading and any information you might be able to share.
