I use a third party router but can’t figure out how to disable the WiFi radios (or preferably put it in bridge mode to turn off routing completely) so there’s no double NAT. Searching online says it’s possible, but I don’t see an option anywhere in the app. The admin interface has no settings that can be changed (just gives information).
I returned a modem not compatible with my device in July. Tmobile didn't apparently receive it or log it in properly. I am on my fourth phone call with these people. They keep telling me they've taken care of it - I've provided a tracking number to them for UPS - but emails keep saying my service will be suspended.
I returned it, per their instructions, as they told me to do. The store refused to return it, they said they couldn't do it, but packed it up for me. We then went to UPS.
I am beyond annoyed with this company. I am being penalized for their mistake.
Hello! I’ve had the t-mobile home internet for about 5 months now and have never been able to connect my iphone to it! My husbands phone connects fine (he uses at&t) and all of my other devices connect fine but my phone never has. Every time I click on our network it just pops up with an error that says “Unable to connect to _____ network” How can I fix this??
