Occidental leather for a sparky

Heres my bags. First thing I did when I bought them was have a local leather worker put dividers in the material bags and it was the best decision I ever made.

Recommendations for a starting rig

Pretty much as the title says.

Little background. I'm not a contractor or anything but a friend is looking for weekend help installing gutters (his side biz) and I've got tools and I'm competent with them and building concepts so I figured what the hell. Besides a new skill and some extra cash never hurt anybody, right?

I digress. I'm looking for a budget rig, even used, that will stand up to some abuse and hold everything I will need. Suspenders would be ideal as I already carry heavyish weight on my waist during the week and don't wanna do it on the weekends also. I would prefer leather unless someone can convince me of a worthy alternative, I'm not ignorant however I realize leather is expensive so it's not a must.

Main needs as far as belt attachments:

Impact holster (I use a DeWalt XR)

Tape clip (prefer clip but will accept holster)

Multiple fastener pouches (preferably on one attachment)

Hammer ring

Attachment with pouch(es) for the following

-nippers (these can also have their own sheath)

-pencil/sharpie (I'll have both)

-speed square (6" I think)

-torpedo level

-multiple impact bits (prolly no more than 4 I would think)

-crimpers

-pliers

I know I'm forgetting a couple things or don't need something but you get the point. Any advice or suggestions are more than welcome. TIA
