My wife came out as trans a little over a year ago. She is 1 yearish on E. I adore her and think she’s beautiful. She doesn’t pass super well and I know it takes its toll on her. She constantly says that she is ugly and disgusting and it breaks my heart. Nothing I say helps, I offer to help her shop for some clothes she says that she doesn’t know what she wants and everything will look bad on her body anyway. She hated shopping even before she came out but now it’s a million times worse. I tell her that things will get better and she says she wishes that she believes me. We are getting her laser and slowly but surely things are progressing. It’s already had amazing results she says that she can barely tell and that she’s still hideous. I don’t know how to help and I wish that she could see herself the way I see her. Any advice on how I can help her?

Last Wednesday planned parenthood sent the prescription to the Kroger pharmacy. Hoping to find some community because I feel super alone in this.
