I need to change address on an order. We just moved provinces and I hastily ordered without updating my address in the shop app. FedEx will not entertain changing my address, SHOP says contact the sender (Tuxmat) and is unreachable. In 2026 not being able to cancel or update and order literally 2 minutes after checking out online is outrageous. Not to mention Tuxmat customer service is entirely automated with no pathway to a human who can actually assist with this simple administrative change.

Hopefully someone from Tuxmat sees this and gives me some options before my order goes to the wrong province wasting time, money and fuel.
