As the title says, I was trying to get the train achievement and I managed to reach Level 8 development, and I even developed the high-speed trains and chose the electric propulsion option; but then I stopped getting any more choices. Is the achievement broken or do I have to wait longer?

Sorry if I didn’t make this realistic or lore friendly. Thought it was a cool idea with the stuff I had laying around :)
