My first Tzeentch mini. Tzeentch is not my army. I like my armies Destructive and stupid. But he is the Chaos god closest to my heart, especially since I had a Fantasy 8th Chaos Warrior army of Tzeentch.
So it is about time I painted one of his AOS guys :)

I found these pink/blue/brimstone horrors painted by JP Miniatures the other day. I'm a new painter who'd really like to reverse-engineer their paint scheme! On the JP Miniature Twitter account they mention they paint the skin like so:
"the majority was just pallid witch flesh with a couple of washes of fleshshade (diluted with medium) then blend in increasing amounts of pink for the lips and ends of the tentacles"
But I've not a clue how to do the weapons, rings, flames, mouths and bases. Any ideas from the community?

Ok so I basically threw this together on a whim just because I really like Disciples of Tzeentch mechanically, and the models are sick. But I guess, first off how does it look currently? Any super obvious weak points that I missed out? It’s not 2000 points exactly but I also wanted to grab an extra wizard in the changeling so I decided to sacrifice grabbing skyfires and a chaos spawn which may have been a mistake. Speaking of wizards, how good is the curseling? He’s an awesome model, but I find myself unsure of whether the 150 points could be better spent on some other stuff. And if not, is something like one of the magisters a better replacement? Also what about tzaangor skyfires? I’ve only ever heard good things about the enlightened, and while their damage buff does seem good to me, idk if they might be worth it. Anyways, thanks for reading!

I'm currently playing blue screen with flamers dealing the damage. After the point update, now is +60 points and I don't know how to fix it while maintaining the style of play.
