
EcoFlow Customer Service apologizing but still no fix…..

I reported a problem with my unit shutting off after an update with my Ultra. Now you would think after 20-25 emails back and forth of about a month. They would say, let’s warranty this unit which you just bought last year. Not these ppl. I don’t want apologies from them I want them to warranty their product. Help, what are my other options here?
