EcoFlow Customer Service apologizing but still no fix…..

I reported a problem with my unit shutting off after an update with my Ultra. Now you would think after 20-25 emails back and forth of about a month. They would say, let’s warranty this unit which you just bought last year. Not these ppl. I don’t want apologies from them I want them to warranty their product. Help, what are my other options here?

Ecoflow Ultra Update Firmware Version 2.0.2.58 failure!!

I don't understand why EcoFlow releases firmware updates that end up causing units to malfunction. My system was working perfectly before the latest update. I installed the update on 06/01/2026, and ever since upgrading to Ultra Firmware Version 2.0.2.58, the low-PV side has been randomly disconnecting, even though the voltage is well below the 150V limit. At peak sunlight, the voltage only reaches about 111.9V. Prior to this update, the unit had been operating flawlessly.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is EcoFlow's customer support. When you call their 1-800 number, they tell you that someone will contact you by email within 24–48 hours. That's reasonable enough. However, after that, it becomes an endless cycle of emails going back and forth, trying to diagnose the issue. There are no phone calls, no direct troubleshooting, and no real resolution—just an endless exchange of emails.

My issue is still unresolved, and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the process. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems, either with customer support or with the latest firmware update causing unexpected issues? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences an see if this a pattern from them?
