Saw this shared in a comment on the Facebook Intoxalock class action page and thought it was worth passing along.
If you are dealing with equipment errors, false lockouts, sudden device failures, paperwork errors, documenting everything is your best shield. When you hit the finish line and they try to hit you with a surprise program extension, having an evidentiary paper trail matters.
A member commented that emailing customeradvocacy@intoxalock.com and hitting their legal department at legal@intoxalock.com actually got them a response in less than 5 hours.
If anyone tries this route, please come back and make a post explaining what happened to help others here navigate it. At the very least, keeping a strict log outside of standard customer service phone loops gives you tangible proof when they try to blame you for equipment issues at the end of your term.
I hope this helps.
