I am afriad that I might have lost all of my licenses because I have been signed out of all of my devices and it doesnt even let me sign in. Not even on a laptop.
The team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a fix. Service should be restored shortly once the backend connection is back online.
If the app, rewards, quotes, or withdrawals are not loading properly right now, this is likely related to the same issue.
We’ll share another update once everything is confirmed back up.
Some users trying to withdraw rewards may currently see a message saying their email address is already registered.
This is related to ongoing platform security improvements. Temporary email addresses and alias email addresses are no longer supported for account management or reward withdrawals.
Because of this, users signed in with an alias email linked to their main Unetwork account may see this message when trying to withdraw.
The team is now implementing a new Account Merge feature. This will allow eligible alias email accounts to be securely merged into your main Unetwork account, making withdrawals and account management much easier.
The feature is expected to be available early next week.
Once live, you will be able to:
• Log in with your main Unetwork email address
• Go to Settings → Merge Accounts
• Follow the on-screen steps to complete the merge
After the merge is complete:
• Rewards, leases, and account data will be transferred to your main account
• Existing lease device bindings will remain in place
• The merged alias account will be disabled
• Devices previously using the merged email will need to sign in again
Another update will be shared as soon as the feature is live.

From what the official account has said on the UNO chat, the main point is simple: Rewards are meant for real, non-abusive devices running on clean networks. Also note that rewards do fluctuate day by day depending on service provider and telecom client demand for the data.

They also made it clear that Unetwork is taking the fight against residential proxies seriously. Their goal is to keep synthetic devices, synthetic networks, and proxy-based setups out of the edge network. In time, all proxies will be blocked.
One important clarification: proxy/network abuse is not the same thing as hardware attestation. So even if a device passes hardware checks, it can still be flagged because of the network or IP it is using.
Proxy detection can also change day to day. An IP that looks fine at one point may later be flagged if there is proxy use, recent abuse, or suspicious activity connected to it.
For accounts that did not receive rewards, the explanation is that they were either inactive, flagged as abusive, or placed under manual review by third-party abuse detection systems.
If manual review finds no abuse, the rewards should be released.
If anyone believes their device was wrongly flagged as a proxy, they should contact support at support@unetwork.io with their license ID so the team can review it.
