Was looking at some alternatives to Vitsoe shelves for HiFi purposes and found mostly mid-century Danish ones - is there anything that you would add?

I have a 3-bay by 5-shelf (bottom row are all Vitsoe cabinets) that I'm hanging. My walls are 1/2" gypsum with 1/2" plywood backing. Will #10 stainless steel screws be enough or should I use heavy-duty snap toggles instead? I keep reading that the #10 stainless steel screws are more than enough but want to be certain. Appreciate any pros/cons or wisdom via those that've used screws vs toggle
