Hello Everyone,

I'm 25 years old and I have been seeing too many vivid dreams from the last few months. I was working in a night shift job which impacted my mental health so I consulted a Dr they gave me SSRIs so as side effects of it Vivid Dreams increased. I stopped taking the medicines from the last three months and also resigned from the Job to fix my routine and Mental Health. But it's been more than a month since I've been sleeping at night but still I see too many vivid dreams which are totally irrelevant and i remember every thing about them.

Please advise what I should do I'm thinking of consulting a Doctor for this ?
