Hello guys, I have an offer letter from Genpact Noida and Exl Service will be also releasing the offer letter soon I'm negotiating Salary with them & asking them more maybe they will agree

I'm confused about which Company i should join as this is my first Switch.

Genpact has a good name in Finance & Account which seems valuable to my Profile but Exl is offering more money so what should be done because money is also important

I'm 25 years old and I have been seeing too many vivid dreams from the last few months. I was working in a night shift job which impacted my mental health so I consulted a Dr they gave me SSRIs so as side effects of it Vivid Dreams increased. I stopped taking the medicines from the last three months and also resigned from the Job to fix my routine and Mental Health. But it's been more than a month since I've been sleeping at night but still I see too many vivid dreams which are totally irrelevant and i remember every thing about them.

Please advise what I should do I'm thinking of consulting a Doctor for this ?

I resigned from the last company which was my First Job because of the regular Night Shift of 2 years which impacted my mental health. I started looking for Job after Resignation but my work experience aligns with the US Process and most of the interview calls i received they ask about being comfortable with night shift and I have to say yes otherwise they wouldn't even hire me.

I interviewed with some companies but i can't clear the interview in some while currently i have only one offer letter from Genpact Noida. They are also offering night shift idk what to do it's been more than a month since I'm unemployed and back home. I'm thinking of joining because staying at typical indian home is traumatic.

Should I Join Genpact while looking for some day Shift Opportunity.

Hello everyone, Greetings.

Today when I look at the aspirants for CAT & other MBA Entrance Exams it really gives me an anxiety looking at the competition because every third guy is preparing for it in our domain. Like folks from every Domain are appearing for CAT & want to pull a Best B School.

I appeared for CAT for the first time in 2022 & competition at that time wasn't this much. I have given two attempts taken a drop of one year and couldn't get the desired results so joined a Housten Based MNC as an Analyst. My last score was around 90% I'm a GC Male from a Commerce background.

Now I have around two years of experience but when I look at the competition I get a feeling like kya mera ho jayega because aaj sabki hi aachi Profile h aur hone ke chances bht low h... I have seen friends who do have a good profile but still struggled to pull the good college.

The point of all these chances of you after giving all the efforts nowadays seems low I'm not saying don't fight but still.

I feel like agar meine exam diya phir bhi aacha college nhi mila toh mera toh pura year waste & I'll be back to zero. If you are resigning from a Job then do think about this
