Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some honest advice from people who have experience with Kohistan Enclave in Wah Cantt, especially regarding their new extension.

I’m thinking about investing there, but before I make any decision, I want to hear from people who have already invested or know about the society.

I would like to know:

• Has anyone invested in Kohistan Enclave before? How was your experience?
• Did you get possession of your plot as promised?
• Is the new extension properly approved and are the documents clear?
• How is the development work and are they following their promised timeline?
• Has anyone faced any problems, disputes, delays, or other issues?
• Has anyone experienced anything that could be considered a scam or fraud?

I’m not saying that Kohistan Enclave is a scam. I just want to do proper research before investing my money. If you have personally invested there or know someone who has, please share your experience, whether it was good or bad.
