low budget wedding venue/ air bnb near Fredericksburg va

Looking for an Airbnb, VRBO, or similar rental within 2 hours of Fredericksburg, VA that would allow a small wedding ceremony (40 guests or fewer).
super tight budget so we’re looking for a property with a scenic outdoor space, preferably mountains, woods, or a nice view but obviously beggars can’t be choosers. Our lodging budget is around $250/night. We only need the outdoor space for the ceremony and will handle catering/decor/ other services ourselves.
We’re trying to have the wedding by November 2026 because my mom has cancer and we really want her to be there.
If anyone knows of a property or a host who allows small weddings, I’d appreciate any recommendations.

Lone star tick at 200x magnification (picked up from Sunset Park)

Ticks are out and about (and water is wet). I spend a lot of time outdoors in the woods and this is the first tick that managed to get me despite tick spray, proper clothing, and awareness. Lone star ticks can possibly transmit Alpha-gal syndrome (red meat allergy). Deer ticks can possibly transmit Lyme disease. (Not all tick bites transmit either of these, but limiting exposure to ticks is obviously the best bet.)

But ticks aren’t just in the woods! (I feel like people don’t realize this.)

I watched soo many kids playing in the tall grass at the top of Sunset Park last evening. Well, I guess I’m guilty of doing that myself as a kid. Just be aware of how to stay protected.
