The New Government of the WWB has officially assigned department positions for the new Executive Branch (previously the parilament)

This new system, as announced in the past week, will give power to the department heads to decide on powers under their respective category. They have the power to create and abolish ministries in order to promote what is only necessary for government and social activities to function. However, the abolition and creating processes must go through a final check through me (the president) and Jackson (the VP) to make sure we approve of their proper judgement. Additionally, each department head has their respective power to hire leaders to be under them, in the WWB's new bureaucratic system.

Even though, the WWB seems to only have executive power now, I have plans to implement a new legislative system, that can achieve the goals of the citizens, and make sure your liberties and rights are preserved, and corruption from us to be mitigated. This will be our main goal during these next 4 months. Thank you for reading this announcement, and may the Bush prosper.

• Originality & Submission: Lyrics must be original; remixes are permitted, but theft is prohibited. Songs must be submitted by the deadline, remain public post-submission, and cannot be taken down.
• Artist Limits: Each artist is limited to one song, though collaborations are allowed. Collaborating artists are disqualified from submitting separate entries.
• Content Restrictions: Songs must be free of profanity and non-political. Violating these rules requires an edit; failure to comply results in removal and a one-year ban.
• Length: Recorded songs must be three minutes or shorter. Lyric-only submissions have no length requirements but must be submitted in full to the Head of Urinevision (u/JacksonNBronstein).
• Voting System: Winners are determined by combining jury and televote points. The jury ranks the top eight songs (awarding 1-8, 10, and 12 points), while televotes are proportional to the total jury points awarded.
• Tie-Breakers: Ties are broken by the highest jury score. If those are tied, a tie-breaker televote round is held.
• Participation: Only individual artists or bands may submit. Representing a "party" is prohibited unless the participant finished in the top four of the first edition.
• Structure: If more than 16 artists participate, a semifinal is held. The top four artists from the previous year automatically qualify.
• Governance: Rules are final as of the 2026 contest and require 2/3 approval from the Urinevision Broadcasting Community to edit.

Announcing a change in government ways.

Currently WWB parliament is large and harder to control, so I, as the new president, plan to implement a new structure, which intends to control inefficiency and attempt to obstruct excessive government control. Based on federal bureaucracies, this system simplifies the many many different positions to a much less powerful 5 main departments, who have the power to create smaller departments, underneath them, with hiring other citizens to make sure the powers of the government are faithfully executed using methods necessary and proper to their execution. This new system, being much smaller, intends to prevent a too large central government, and instead mere protectors of liberty in the WWB. Do not expect much change from this system to your daily lives, and only expect a positive impact on the protections of your rights and liberties. The heads of the departments have been decided already, and will be announced soon, once it's all confirmed. Additionally, I have plans to improve the legislative process soon, so there shall exist more checks and balances between power. Thank you for reading this announcement, and may the bush prosper.
