Charlotte, NC area; pretty positive it isn’t venomous. Daddy long legs of sorts? Which species?

Sorry for focus
It's getting dark, so my camera is struggling to focus on the spider.
Found in northern Utah. About the size of a nickel. Nice flat spiral web.
I have toddlers in the area, so I just want to know if I need to move it.

Weird spider
Unfortunately, these were the best pictures I could get as the spider was curled up into this position. Can anyone tell me what this is? I'll put more pictures in the comments if it opens up
Edit: I have a ton more photos, I can post upon request....I just wanna know wtf this spider is 😭
