Can anyone tell me if this is a Highwaymen or American mid-century modern oil-on-canvas landscape, probably c. 1950-1970? It’s signed and I can’t decipher the signature/artist

Help identifying artist/signature on an older original oil painting 🖼️🎨🙏
Hi! I’m hoping someone here might recognize the artist/signature or be able to tell me more about this painting.
I bought this original painting in Melbourne, Florida in 1999 from a small antiques/unique-items type shop off US-1. The shop owner told me it had belonged to an older gentleman who was around 90 years old at the time.
It is an original painting on canvas, not a print. I recently had it reframed, so the frame shown in the photos is new and should not be used to date the painting.
I’ve included close-ups of what appears to be the artist’s signature, but I haven’t been able to decipher the name.
I would love any help with:
Identifying or deciphering the artist’s signature/name
Approximate age/date
The style or movement you would describe it as
Whether anyone recognizes the artist or has seen similar work
Any information about its possible origin or if anyone is familiar with this type of work
The outside dimensions with the current frame are approximately 23.5 × 19.5 inches.
I’ve owned it for about 27 years and have always wondered who painted it, so even a lead on the signature would be greatly appreciated!

G. Holmes (Belgium)

I got a hold of this painting from my great grandma. We’d love to get some more information about this painting, as we practically don’t know anything about this piece. If anybody can tell us what they know, it’s greatly appreciated!

Just found this in a dumpster (w lots of other artwork and cool furniture). Any idea who the artist might be. It’s 36x24

I looked around the back and edges and did some searches but I came up empty for this piece.

Someone threw this out.

Found this in my neighborhood trash, and I can't find the painter by signature.
