I am at a lost on finding any information on this painting I have. Can anyone help with this?

Holy smokes - found this at my local Goodwill. Grabbed it from the bin before it went to the art area. My lucky day, was there at the right time. I've looked up the artist but cannot find anything. I already hung it on our wall! It's original oil on canvas with the artist applying some thick impasto to highlight the waves and sunlight. Happy Day!
