Lights not connecting, customer service no help

Is somebody available to help me connect light bulbs that used to be connected but now are not updating firmware or connecting to the app? Customer service keeps repeating itself about my WiFi connection, but there’s no way for me to see on my phone whether I’m on 2.4 or 5 ghz. I’ve looked at other posts on this sub for help and gotten nowhere. Please don’t scream at me, I am not dumb. I am angry that I spent money on tiny baby snowflake devices that can’t be manipulated by an ordinary human.

Firmware 1.34.0 is causing me trouble

Bulb 1 in the first picture has refused to update or work and I just now learned it was the firmware. The two floor lamp bulbs in the other image are fresh out the box and refuse to update even when soft off.

Doubt regarding Wiz hdmi sync floor lamp.

Hi all,

Was looking into creating a wiz ecosystem in a room, centering around the hdmi 2.0 sync box (wiz 2.1 is not available in my region).

Have a set up with the following devices in mind.

  1. Philips light theatre hdmi 2.0 sync box with tv backlight.

  2. Philps hdmi sync gradient bars.

  3. A philips smart 16million led batten light above the tv

  4. A philips smart 16 million led t bulb on the wall opposite the tv.

I have a few doubts.

  1. The description for the lights above mention being both Wi-Fi and bluetooth compatible. So will they be screen-sync compatible if i create a tv area in the same room with these devices added to it.

  2. Is there any range limitation for the hdmi sync floor lamps? I would like to add them on the corners of the opposite wall rather than on the wall where the tv is mounted. The Wi-Fi router is in the same room, so would it be possible to position the floor lamps and have them sync with the hdmi box or is there any range beyond which they wouldn't connect?

Thanks in advance.
