Women over 40 who still drink alcohol: what changes have you seen with your body’s ability to process alcohol?
I am curious about the range of experiences women in perimenopause have concerning alcohol… my ability to process it has greatly diminished, although my desire to consume it is consistent with drinking in my 30’s. I’m considering going cold turkey with the way it’s disrupted my sleep and my gut. How has your experience been?
