I have my C&P exam on Monday. Can anyone drop any advice? PTSD MST. I plan on being honest obviously but I’m just very nervous. I chose a female rater and chose in person. Could I do virtual? Also can someone briefly explain DBQ?

Any other Navy vets worried for the women on the Lincoln? SA in the Navy is high in the best of times, but I just know there are people taking out their pain on their female shipmates right now, and I wish there was something I could do about it.
