As a person who has started playing Vanilla Classic, who has always been wanted to start playing it but had no chance to get into the game because of fuking a game called League of Legends, I am just addicted to the game.

I personally think levelling is the best thing for WoW, and also I now see that the levelling is the thing that made addicted to the game during the era of 2004 and 2007, until the first expansion released. I do not care about doing dungeons, raids or anything. I only read every quest to experience the lore and doing them!

I was about to raid today with random pug and as I was looking at the SR I noticed that another rogue (sr) the chest guard of the fallen champion ( 2x ) and when i inspected his gear, he already have them. So I asked “why are you SR those if u already have them?”. This person said “ I don’t need anything in the raid just here to help my guildies get the chest”. So I said “isn’t that cheating?” And responded with I can switch to a different SR item if it’s an issue. And then a min later goes and tell me “ oooh I can use it for the new PvP gears” and I was like “ I don’t think u can, that’s on the newest raid that u can get the token.” So finally (shevron) this person whispered to me, telling me I can get the boot right now because apparently she’s the raid lead and wanted those chest piece. So I found out that she got friends going in there not needing anything and basically SR the chest piece (times 2) with other 2 guild members so that’s like 6 roll compared to my 1 or 2 rolls. Is this even fair? Is this what guild do these days when they’re short members? They just exploit the SR so basically ppl that goes on pug don’t even have a chance to get the item they want because ppl invite their friend to help with the rolls.

Yesterday my level 8 in starting area gets random whisper offering 20g to simply give a 5 star rating to their business in Houston TX. I play along and they share business name and tell me to google it. They are a level 4 character and obvious they don’t know how to play WoW. I asked for half the gold upfront, reported them to Blizzard, then ghosted em. I can afford bags!

i go into strat for farming, theres already 5 druids running the same route. walking one after another, random letter names, dont even react when youre next to them. 100% bots

i reported them, a day later they're still there. reported again, a week later still there. then i check the news - devs are proud they banned 10k accounts last week. wheres my 5

and the funniest part, these bots are destroying the economy. black lotus prices? insane. arcanite bars? you kidding. a normal player cant even afford basic enchanting mats

i got to the point where i was googling how to stop bots in classic. and i stumbled on some hardware thing for human verification. not for wow obviously but the idea that you can prove youre a unique person sounds like sci-fi

but then i remembered blizzard cant make a working anticheat for 20 years now. what verification are we even talking about. maybe im just yelling into the void but i genuinely miss the game i used to love

Preferably for horde side but I don't mind doing alliance, so which one has a more social experience? Thanks?
