Are they stupid?

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is making good progress with their visas! We're in a not so great situation, I've been staying in Sydney on a tourist visa for the last year to be with my chronically ill girlfriend. During my time here we haven't been able to find lodging that would allow for me, my girlfriend, and her dog to be in the same household. We have gone to numerous inspections with no luck, and I haven't moved into the space where she is currently at because her ex-partner, who she has an AVO against and has caused her a lot of trauma, has shown up randomly before I arrived and was destructive and violent, and if he knew she was dating it wouldn't be a good situation. That being said, she has stayed over at the places that I have been staying whenever possible. Do you think this is something the case officer will be sympathetic to once given the evidence of past housing searches and the AVO?

Hi all, quick question about the form 888 when it comes to the Partner Visa. My partner and I have enough Form 888s currently, but would like to include one from her father. My partner and her Father have an estranged relationship, but we have slowly been working on it. We're not at a point where we would want to use him, but given six more months or so, we think that we would like to add him as an additional form 888. Is this okay to do, or are form 888s mostly a time of lodgement piece of evidence?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had an input on if mine and my partner's case is hopeless. My partner and I have been dating for a little bit over 6 years. I have been in Australia with her for the last two years on a tourist visa. We don't live together because we genuinely cannot find an apartment or house to rent because we have a dog. Multiple applications over the past year, and no luck at all. The place where she is living won't let another person stay, and we haven't been able to secure a place that will allow for a dog. Also, she is chronically ill and we can't really go out much, and we haven't told any of her friends or family about us because she has an abusive ex husband that is prone to stalking/attacking her and she has a current restraining order against within just the last year, and he still has contact with the friend circle and family. If he knew she was dating, I don't think there would be a happy ending.

That being said, we have been committed to each other for years and we have regular communication with my friends and family back home. Do you think we have a chance at a partners visa approval or are our lives too chaotic?

I liked having a non tribe option. It was kind of hard to set up, and probably punished more people than it helped. The nerf I'd of liked would have been to make it 3 gold for the spell. As it was, I would just randomly buy it if it was in the shop if I had extra gold just in case I hit.
