My weird experience with this "delightful" condition

So, it started last august, probably a few days before the stafford bird show. (im from the uk) i used to have it HORRIFICALLY, to the point i couldn't go more than like 2 or 3 hours without a flare up, and to the point i was almost in tears, not from pain, but the hate and annoyance of it. It definitely took a toll on my mental health, but im doing much better now. Now here's where it gets weird. So i went to my GP, and she told me to start taking loratadine( I already tried cetirizine, tried those, didn't work. Went for a blood test, but nothing came back. Then forward to about late april - early may. I go to the GP AGAIN, and she recommends i either take a different type of antihistamine or up my intake to 2 a day, one in the morning and one at night. I decided to take the 2 a day. Admittedly, I've not been great with remembering to take them😅, but oh my goodness, my skin is so much better now! I maybe have 5 flare-ups or so a week, which beofre felt like i had 100 a week. Unfortunately, i do still get the occasional flare-up, and i do get some mild ones where i can feel it, but it's not too noticeable. Still don't completely have the ability to sweat, but it's come back a bit. I just hope it doesn't come back. However, this experience has made me realise something - it doesn't get nearly as much representation by the media as it should. And that upsets me. On a more positive note, my friends have all been so unbelievably kind and supportive about this, and without them, i would not mearly have such a positive outlook on this❤️. Sorry for the rant!
