I'm not going to be available to manage applications, so my colleague has said he'll keep an eye on it if I can set up the ad for him. I've looked online for answers to the question "Is it possible to post a job ad so other people can manage it?" and the AI generated answers are saying "yes" if it's associated with a company page.

So I've created a test and it's in the draft jobs of our company page, but only I can see it and not him. Have I done something wrong or is the real answer "no" as only those who create jobs can manage them?
