Supply issues

My daughter is 6 months old and her demand has gone up but my supply hasn't. Is there a way to increase my output? I pump for 15 minutes at 7am, 10 am, 1pm, 4pm and then I breast feed her usually around 6pm, and 8:30pm before one last pump at 11pm. I seem to be getting less than I was 2 months ago and I am watching my small freezer stash dwindle as she needs more milk at daycare than I am pumping in a day. It's really getting to me and I'm not sure what to do to get things flowing.

Being honest with my pediatrician

So my daughter is due for her 6 month check up next week. For almost the last month she will not sleep longer than 20 minutes if she is not in contact with myself or my husband. I am afraid that when the pediatrician hears this she will judge me or call CPS. My husband said just don't tell her but I pointed out they ask this question so he responded just lie if you have to. I do everything I can to keep my baby safe co sleeping and I am so scared she is going to be taken away. What should I do?
