I am trying to log health symptoms with voice commands but I keep getting “I can’t help you with that”. It was saying something like “I can’t help only log current symptoms but you will have to log previous symptoms through the health app”.

It would never log anything at all & just keep repeating that. Am I not asking the right way or is this common? iPhone 16 plus. I’ve enabled all data sharing with Siri already.
