I'm quite a noob, can you explain why yasuo, yone or trynda do Moore than 2 crit items? Their is some pro to have more than 100% Crit rate?

I mean it s easy for resistance boots, if they have a lot of ad or ap, but when i choose magic pen shoes, against squeechy team, and omnivamp against tanky team? Or i'm wrong.
