Hi everyone, I have a question:

I’m wondering if there’s a possibility of getting your modded switch banned if you play via local play with another unmodded switch. Let’s say the modded switch is running a pirated copy of the game, and is playing with another switch, on local wireless. If it’s worth anything, I have the DNS.MITM config on the modded switch.

Could a ban be warranted in that scenario? Thank you
