FLAVOR FOLEY's music videos are all unique with their own artstyle, animation style and overall concept. It's what gives each song their own personality, in a way.

I can't decide, personally. I'd say I love weathergirl, Water the Roses, Human and Ego Renegade Boy.

I have recently started loving ippo.tsk's stuff, and so realising the weathergirl MV was made by them makes me like the song a lot more.

Water the Roses is just beautiful. I love flowers, especially roses. The concept is just really amazing. I also love the artstyle.

Human is literally me. I love the style so much. I could just make an entire post about how much this song means to me.

Ego Renegade Boy, is just a special song to me. Like Human, it means a lot to me too - as a FTM person. I left it behind for the renegade life!

So, past the blabbering now, what about you? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Just wanted to send this, mahalo for giving me something to buy as my first piece of merch. Was gonna send a picture sooner but then stupid Teletubby named hurricane went by the islands and I wasn't able to.

i love streetcat by Flavor Foley, it really slaps. the simple but cute design for Nekomura Iroha in the music video stole my heart so i had to draw her!

So in Water the Roses, there are two lines in the song.

The first one is “It's only three small words that I'm desperate to hear” which I'm very sure is “I love you”. The second one is “It's only three small words that could make me run away” which I always assumed was “I hate you” to parallel the other line.

But now I thought about it and if the two girls do love each other >!assuming the meaning of the song is two partners who's relationship seems to be slowly drifting apart (if that makes sense)!< then I don't know why GUMI's partner would say that.

Then I thought about it and assumed the three small words were “Let's break up” but then that didn't seem to fit? Maybe because as an acronym it doesn't make sense while “ily” and “ihy” do (though ihy is less used, I will admit)

So does anyone know? Or theories? Anything? This is bugging me too much and I will literally explode rn
