tips on shading hair?

I think my current method of hair shading is ok, I don't hate it and I wouldnt mind keeping it but it also looks slightly flat to me? I've been doing research on hair but I haven't gotten around to doing studies of straight hair yet so I don't quite have it all down (I have the basics tho)
attached r examples of my recent art (from most to least recent) I post all my speedpaints on my tiktok & yt (same user as reddit) if that would help
I think my main concern is that my shading falls flat and maybe doesn't match how I shade the rest of my art?
(I'm not currently looking for advice on anything else, I will study things later but rn this is focused on hair so please dont comment about any other mistakes or improvements I could make to any other aspect)

I don't have much hope I'll ever find manosaba sourcemates, but ik one of manosaba's main inspirations has a large fanbase and therefore... kins!!

manosaba is pretty similar, 16 girls in a prison and 1 girl becomes a witch and kills another each chapter, is then executed, mastermind and secrets and such too.
I assume even if we dont like... have any canon together we have enough shared experiences maybe? killing game and such and such

uh, I finally accepted I need help. lf advice

I don't really know where to start, I think the nsfw tag is applicable here because I do talk about like what is going on and what I've done to my skin, no images

I don't know how 'severe' my potential csp is (it still feels weird calling it csp or such) but I get dry skin and acne and I just, like keep hurting myself accidentally
like something in my mind wants everything on my skin to be perfectly flat so when theres a bump or dry skin I'll pick at it, scratch it, I've even bitten off bumps sometimes. I uh decided to try and ask for help and coping strategies now, because its the second time my scalp felt like it was burning cause of water in contact with areas I basically picked off.
I feel like if I keep repeatinf the cycle its gonna make my skin worse anyway, and I mean already I have a small (hopefully temporary) scar from picking off acne spots. I kinda just dont wanna be in pain? I feel like sometimes I do these things and I realize in the moment I shouldnt but I still do and then like I'm bleeding or something
lf advice, coping strats, tips on starting recovery?
I assume coping strats involve distractions, or redirecting to a different sensory input, so I'll try that next time even if I get no replies

looking for a good ita bag!

(account too new for r/itabag)
I'd love a semi-affordable (idk average prices but I dont wanna pay like 200$) bag, idrm space since it'll be tough to find and gather merch for my oshi
something around 25(lowball)-100$ would be good, red or pink, maybe cat themed if possible?
I also ideally dont want anything limited time, I'm planning to set aside funds for the bag once I decide on one, and the saving could take months to years depending on how my art sells and how expensive the bag is :)

this art was my first time shading using the lasso tool, but I like it :3
I order w/ wooacry (idk if its better or worse than Vograce I didn't look into it)
