How worth is Welt's E4?

Hi everyone, I am a returning player.

I have E2S2 Welt, currently at 282/300 for the Standard Selector, and I have 1 Golden Companion Spirit. I was thinking in using him as a 4th sloth for Saber (leaving Huohuo open for Evanescia), but I am tempted to pick Robin. Any recommendations?

Hi everyone, I came back to the game and managed to get Saber, and I was wondering if Robin is still a good pick for her team.

I have Silver Wolf (not Lvl 9999), Ruan Mei, Fu Xuan, and Ruan Mei; but I use the first two for Seele's team (Yeah, my account is day 1, but I barely played). Any tips are appreciated!
