M/29/5'11" [85kg to 92kg] (5 years) - Calf gains

In the "before" photo I was already training for about a year. Anyway, calf gains aren't just genetics. Sure muscle insertions are, but calves can be built with the right approach.

Persistent redness between teeth.

1 Year Ago: noticed localized redness and frequent bleeding between my upper 2 front teeth. Was not flossing. (Beteen teeth 1 and 2 central and lateral incisor on the right) started to floss occasionally, only between those two, gently but I don't think I was doing it right.

Gingivitis scare:

6 Months Ago: Started strict routine (Curaprox, Parodontax, proper C-shape flossing). Bleeding stopped almost completely, but this one red spot between the front teeth never faded. Also, sometimes when I floss in between biscupid and molar it bleeds.

Dentist Today: Did an exam (probe, air, visual). He felt around and ruled out active gingivitis. He called the redness "pigmentation".

The Probe: He pressed the probe firmly against the outside tip of the gum triangle to test tissue density. It bled heavily and left a tiny surface wound/scratch right on the front of the gum. (Visible dark spot wound in the photo between central and lateral tooth.)

Plan: Prescribed 3% hydrogen peroxide wash for 5 days and told me to just brush super gently in between teeth, absolutely no C shape under the gums even slightly, just in between teeth. Also i have a few teeth that need fixing. But the gingivitis was my main concern.

Questions:

Does pigmentation make sense for a spot that is clean but permanently flushed red?

Should I just let it rest and heal, or see a periodontist for a second opinion?

Mental burnout even after lowering the amount of hours?

Has anyone experienced a mental burnout like this? Being busy and working at your max capacity for some time, then after clearing the schedule and allowing yourself to rest more, it only hits you then?

Did anyone experience this and got any tips on how to handle it?

The more I think about it, the worse I feel as I shouldn't really feel this way. It's also hard to stay present online as a coach.
