BIF - Baltic Irregular Forces

My idea for a Baltic Irregular Forces, modern forest brothers. I tried to keep the equipment pre 2020, pre mass rearmament and modernization to fit more with other factions. Equipment has been mostly taken from all three volunteer forces. Mostly used shared equipment or equipment one country might have a surplus off. While it does not make perfect sense and everyone will have their own vision, this is mine. The idea of a Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian faction to me is kind of unrealistic for squad, but a irregular force specific for this region of Europe makes more sense, we already have Estonian map Narva and Harju from Finland. I did not mix in Finnish volunteer force here, as they are better equipped mostly anyway and it would then be a little too much for a irregular style faction.

Main point is to focus on fast hit and run tactics. No habs, only buddy rally or mobile spawn points. Can still build deployables and so on. Main faction idea is to focus on anti armor, instead of specific role of AT and LAT or AA, you have one AT with gustaf per squad with 2 shots, not LAT or AA role at all, instead each rifleman will have one disposable AT with them, be it instalaza or mlaw. There are no real armored vehicles at all in use by the faction. The doctrine of fast and not armored units is standard in baltic volunteer forces, many of them do carry extra disposable rockets on squad level, one or two plus a designated AT. No idea if it would work at all, but maybe could be fun.
