VW 1.8T Cam Lobe Question

I have a 2018 Golf with the 1.8t EA888 Gen 3 and im doing the pcv valve and noticed cylinder 4 cam lobes are extremely worn. The others do not look like this.

Owned the car since 20k mi and changed oil every 5 to 7k. The car is bone stock and is not tuned.

Not very advanced mechanically so I dont know what is coming but this engine has almost 150k on it. No misfires, codes, or abnormal top end noises. Sounds like your typical vw 4 cylinder.

Please let me know what im working with here. Appreciate any help. Thanks!
