What’s the secret to getting customer service? I have a month-old beauty order that still hasn’t shipped. They confirmed the products are in stock, but they keep telling me to “wait another week to see if it’s lost” over and over again?
Ordered over a month ago now. Routine makeup items that are in stock. When it hadn’t shipped for a week, I called. They said to wait as my order may have been lost. A week later I called again. They said to wait another week because they would try to find my order in their warehouse. A week later messaged through chat and they said wait another 10 business days to investigate how they lost my order and then message again for my options. I don’t even have a tracking number because my order never shipped. It still says “processing”. So I don’t know how it could be so lost?
How long has Dior beauty made you wait before sending a replacement or offering a refund?
I have an Etsy shop for newborn baby bracelets. I am making one right now for a “Taintley”
Do the parents just not know? Or was this an accidental spelling? I am messaging them right now to confirm, but I had to run here why I am waiting because I am DYING.
