Some fun bags we got offered while in Paris!
Super fun exploring the Dior museum and got a few souvenirs for a truly exemplary trip

this is my first ever dior bag (or luxury designer bag in general!) i really fell in love with the design of the medallion and of course i just had to get it in pink 💖
would greatly appreciate some tips on how to take care of light colored bags :))
I purchased a bag in Monaco and I think I recall the sales associate saying it’s part of the Dioriviera collection and there are only 14 in the world. I can’t seem to locate it on the website though - are all limited edition bags generally posted online? It’s a mini lady dior and the sales associate said it only arrived that day, so I assume it must be very new.
These are the color I like available online - or do you have rec of which color to
Look for at shop? (London based) Tks x
I'm wanting to buy my first ever Lady Dior. I want it brand new (not resale). I live in California.
Would it be cheaper for me to drive to Portland to get the bag (Im assuming I can order a style i want and pick it up at the Dior in Nordstrom there?) And do 0 sales tax? Any catches to this?
Or, is it still cheaper in Europe? I heard theyre priced differently. I'll be in Milan in September. Should i wait to buy a bag that I like in the Dior store there (assuming I cant order ahead to Italy lol) and do the VAT refund?
Pro luxury shoppers.... this is my first time considering buying a luxury bag. Please let me know which option has the best savings route (or if you have another method I didnt think of).
Is anyone able to help identify this bag? I saw it in an outlet 2 years ago and cannot find it online anywhere
Dior has officially announced Sauvage Extrait, and it looks like it could be the darkest and most concentrated Sauvage yet.
I put together a quick breakdown with everything we know so far, including the release date, the direction Francis Kurkdjian is taking, and why this one might be very different from the previous releases.

The campaign imagery by David Sims is gorgeous and the two look amazing - what’s your favourite look? I need to find out when that grey suit is out, and I need my hands on it!
Have I been living under a rock, or have these just completely flown under the radar? Are they a part of the FW26 collection? They’re stunning they look like a slouchier, more unisex take on the Lady Dior!
I took so many pictures that my Canon R50 died 😂 Yet here reddit has a 20 pictures limit 🫠
It’s 3-4 floors of all the haute couture dresses by all the designers for the House of Dior over the years. I was in such heaven! If you are ever in Paris, do not miss it!! The exhibition was such a build up from Christian Dior’s life story to his early dresses to then more intricate dresses by later designers on individual displays then to multiple halls of many many of them in one room. Just breath taking!
Oh one day, I dream to have my own haute couture dress…
I wanted something from JWA collection. ❤️ So pretty. It doesn’t fit much but it’s basically an evening bag/clutch so I don’t mind. It’s also a little souvenir from my last weekend’s DC trip.
My mom and I have been going through a weight loss journey since 2024, and as a present for reaching my goal (-100lbs!), my mom is going to buy me any bag I want (under $7,000). BEYOND lucky and grateful. I’ve wanted a Lady Dior since I was 10, and now 16 years later, that dream is being fulfilled. My question tho, is that, this is a bag I’m going to cherish for life. I want it to be very special. So I’ve been looking for the more unique launches Jonathan’s put out - the green or pink floral is absolutely to die for if it were a little less expensive - and other than those 2, this is the first one I saw that I truly felt stunned by. I have the matching twilly and I’m just so taken with it. What I’m wondering, tho, is if you guys think a cotton/canvas w/ leather details Lady Dior is worth it. It’s such a big investment I know, and I want to make this decision super carefully, and figured no one better to ask than my fellow Dior lovers, those who own their own Lady’s and those who also adore them! I’d love to know your thoughts and what you might do. (As a side note - I really want to get it brand new and have the in store experience since that’s one of my favorite parts of shopping luxury, so not resale for this one. Thank you so much for reading and for any advice/thoughts you have!
Edit: WOW! Thank you all so much for the advice/feedback and words of kindness!! I was not expecting so much engagement and it helps a TON. I want to give all the consideration I possibly can on a purchase as significant as this (both financially and symbolically what it’ll represent) and this helps beyond words in me doing that. I’m not saying “no” officially to the bag until I see it in person, BUT, I do think that if I’m able to find a leather version, esp in a more universal colorway, it’s worth the wait. I know the right bag will come, and when it’s meant to be it will happen!! 😊
I needed to see this in person like yesterday
I finally went by SCAD Atlanta’s exhibition of Dior! This show features couture pieces taken from Dior’s original collections to the present, including a particularly stunning line-up of gowns worn by celebrities including Rihanna, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Barry, Jodie Foster, Marlyn Monroe, and Princess Diana.
The focus was mainly on dresses but there are also some hats, jewelry, and a room of 20+ Lady Dior handbags. Every era was represented, and I was particularly excited to see Dior’s original designs next to Raf and Maria’s… I don’t think I every fully understood Maria Grazia Chiuri’s work at Dior until I saw her stunning gowns today!
Hi lovelies!
I placed an order on the Dior website (US) on the evening of June 25th, and my account still shows the order status as “Created.” I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email or seen any tracking updates yet.
I know a lot of luxury brands don’t typically process or ship orders over the weekend, so I’m not necessarily worried that something is wrong. I’m mostly curious whether anyone has experienced a delay in tracking info / how accurate Dior’s estimated delivery dates ended up being.
My order is still showing a delivery date of June 30th (tomorrow), even though there haven’t been any tracking updates yet. Has anyone had Dior orders suddenly update and arrive on time, or should I expect the delivery date to get pushed back?
The main reason I am asking is because I would like to plan ahead and make sure I’m home if a signature is required for delivery.
Thanks!
I’m unsure how I feel about these!! I think they’re super cool in principle and it’s nice to see one designer still somewhat resisting completely conforming to Ozempic-era skinny everything! Also, the printed herringbone is crazy work, excited to hear more about the materials there. What were people’s thoughts on the collection more widely?
