I dropped from beauty platinum status to silver status this year....

Requesting help/advice -

I dropped down from platinum to silver status as of Oct 2026 (in US.) I just ordered my silver welcome gift - this water bottle with glass sleeve.

My birthday month is Oct. Will I also get a silver birthday gift offer - anyone know what it is?

I need to only spend $38 to move up to gold status - maybe the gold birthday gift is better than the silver?

Since we are now in October, if I make another purchase would I even be offered the gold status birthday gift, or is it too late for me to advance my status during this month?

I hopped off the Dior train because I found that I was buying products to stock up in order to get the gifts. Now I am obsessing about moving up the buying tiers again... ugh...

Is there trouble with The RealReal shipping?

Anyone had a problem with shipping lately?
I ordered a Chanel bag last Friday (6 Calendar days ago) and it is still not shipped.
Contacted customer service yesterday and they said they would reach out to their shipping partner and let me know something in 48 hours.
I’ve been purchasing items from The RealReal since 2019 and this is never happened to me before. I am worried that the bag is lost and I won’t get it. i’m hoping they just have gotten behind for some reason.
