Is there trouble with The RealReal shipping?
Anyone had a problem with shipping lately?
I ordered a Chanel bag last Friday (6 Calendar days ago) and it is still not shipped.
Contacted customer service yesterday and they said they would reach out to their shipping partner and let me know something in 48 hours.
I’ve been purchasing items from The RealReal since 2019 and this is never happened to me before. I am worried that the bag is lost and I won’t get it. i’m hoping they just have gotten behind for some reason.
