So I popped into Hermes while visiting Doha for bag charms and a new twilly and ended up also picking up extra twillys, a scarf ring and bag charms. The SA and I clicked instantly as she showed me some of the fine jewellery and RTW.

She mentioned she couldn’t access my home account as they aren’t linked and she invited me to set up an account as I mentioned we were planning on doing more travel across UAE and they all link up. She found some lovely bag charms for me and I fell in love with these two even though I was originally looking for a Blue and white pagase rodeo. Once I’d decided on twillys / rings / charms she then asked which bags I was looking at / waiting for (I currently have a kelly 25 in pink or pastels or a B30 in neutrals with my UK SA)

She also then took a note of both and it was so easy! I didn’t even spend loads I’d say around £2k. So question can you have multiple wish lists set up on multiple countries ?

Also how cute is my new owl! 100% being named Hermes, thanks Percy Weasley 🤣

In a totally separate note I was massively unimpressed with the airport Hermes ! No one there seemed to have a clue

So hubby and I renewed our vows today after 21 years of marriage and he surprised me with both his wonderfully fantastic full kit regalia but also with a 2010 Fleurs d’Écosse scarf in my favourite colour way ❤️ (we’re both Scottish so it was a lovely lovely surprise)

Looking for help again as you guys have been brilliant before. Can anyone help me identify this scarf ? It has small bees / wasps sown into the edges which I’ve not seen before

So I had my first visit today to Hermes Venice.

Lovely shop (if quite small) with really friendly SAs I was greeted immediately and worked with a lovely SA called Georgia. I had originally come into browse but ended up with the Harnais Legendaire Twilly in Blanc / Bleu Jean / Bois De Rose for my Birkin 35 😍 and a new scarf ring.

Lovely experience and will definitely be back on our second Italy tour later this year.

Does anyone else know of any other nice Italian Hermes stores near Venice, Verona or Slovenia ? Would be lovely to continue shopping on this trip :)

There were also four people upstairs looking at bags which was interesting while I was in :) I did also ask for a bag charm I’d seen online but they didn’t have it so will buy via my London SA as planned

Help needed - My blue Birkin is well used and well loved and has held its shape fairly well for clemence leather but when I took it out the other day I noticed it has an A shaped dimple on the front. I store it in its box in the dust bag but haven’t been stuffing it. I’ve now ordered some stuffing but is there some way to get these out or is this a spa appointment deal?

Trying again as I was so successful earlier. I’ve managed to identify most of my scarves but I’ve come up stumped on these three could anyone help with the below scarves

I’m currently trying to detail out my scarves and have found most of mine. But I’m really struggling with one. My husband bought me it December 2015 direct from Hermes and it’s large silk 140x140. Searches keep coming back as Les Éperons by Françoise de la Perrière. But then every scarf I search for under that looks completely different :) hoping a fellow fan may be able to help.
