I bought this mini tote bag online for my wife. She wanted to see other colors so we took it to the Dior store to potentially exchange. Workers were confused because it’s actually a small size. They got more confused when they couldn’t find the small size in their system for sale. The workers theorized that it’s an international only combination and someone may have returned it in the US.

I ended up paying mini price for a small bag so I urged us to keep it. Can anyone corroborate their theory? Have any non-US people see this colorway in a small for sale?

I bought this “Mini” Dior Mini Tote. She wanted to see other colors in-person to potentially exchange so we brought the bag to our flagship store. When they saw the bag, they said “that’s not a mini, that’s a small” and showed us what the mini size actually is.

After some questioning, the workers noticed that all the tags on the bag do mention it being a mini, but also that this particular colorway isn’t for sale in a small, in the US, at all.They said it’s possibly an overseas model that got returned in the US.

After some deliberation, we decided to keep it. The main reason being that I did pay mini price for a small size.

Does anybody have any additional details on my bag? Any non-US redditors able to confirm their suspicions?
